Develop a plan through conversation
Plan with AI lets accepted Owners and Planners discuss an existing trip's pace, stops, stays and activities. Conversation and proposed changes remain private to the planner until changes are applied to the shared trip.
From a proposal to saved changes
- Create a trip and describe the places, pace and activities you have in mind.
- Review the proposed plan, including additions, before-and-after updates and conflicts.
- Resolve blocking issues and refresh the review if the saved trip has changed.
- Explicitly approve the changes you reviewed, apply them, and check the resulting trip.
A fictional planning example
Jordan is planning a five-day camping trip and wants two nights near a lake. An AI proposal suggests an overnight plan and a short walk. Jordan checks the destination independently, reviews the dates and approves the suitable changes. A proposed stay is still a plan, not a campsite booking.
Know what still needs checking
AI tools require a configured provider and available usage allowance. Suggestions do not verify current availability, prices, opening hours, road conditions or route suitability. Flights, rental cars and actual bookings use their dedicated workflows. Editing trip dates remains a separate reviewed operation.
The review process described here applies to planning proposals. It does not mean every ordinary edit or connected-assistant command has an additional approval screen.
