ViaMore The road is better, together.

Plan together with clear trip permissions

ViaMore gives a group a shared place for itinerary decisions, stays, reservations, activities and tasks. Access depends on accepted membership and the person's role, rather than simply knowing a trip link.

Invite people to the right role

The trip creator is its Owner. Owners manage invitations and member access. An invited Planner or Member must link the intended account and accept the invitation before the role grants access. Recording someone as a traveler does not itself give that person application access.

  • Owner: manages the trip and its members, including invitations and access changes.
  • Planner: can help manage planning records such as itinerary stops, stays and activities after accepting.
  • Member: can view the shared plan and use the participation features allowed for that role; membership does not grant all editing rights.

A practical invitation workflow

  1. The Owner adds a Planner or Member with the intended email address and sends an invitation.
  2. The invitee opens the invitation, signs in or registers, and links the matching account if prompted.
  3. The invitee accepts or declines. Linking alone does not count as acceptance.
  4. The Owner can later change permitted roles or revoke access. Travel participation and access status remain separate.

A fictional group

Casey creates a camping trip and invites Morgan as a Planner to organize stops. Riley joins as a Member to follow the plan. Morgan can help plan after acceptance; Riley does not gain Planner permissions. A family member recorded only as a traveler receives no application access from that record.

Important boundaries

Ownership transfer is not offered by this workflow. Private bucket lists and personal AI conversations are not shared just because people share a trip. Invitation delivery depends on configured email service; expired or replaced links require a new invitation.
