Keep reservation records with the trip
ViaMore organizes the details of bookings you make elsewhere. Keep a reservation with its trip and, when appropriate, associate it with an overnight stay or activity so it is easier to find during planning.
Record and connect a booking
- Open the trip's reservations and add the booking details.
- Check dates, provider information and booking status against your confirmation.
- Associate the record with the relevant overnight plan or activity, or keep it standalone.
- Save and review the record in the shared trip. Access remains subject to trip membership and role.
Review imported suggestions before saving
Where the configured AI extraction tools are available, you can submit reservation text for analysis. Review the suggested fields and destination trip, select any stay or activity relationship, update the preview and explicitly approve the item to save it. Skip incorrect candidates.
Extraction produces suggestions, not proof of a booking. Check the source and confirm that a quote has not been mistaken for a reservation. Importing text does not silently rearrange an approved itinerary. The existing reservation tools also support private attachments and links; their availability and supported formats depend on the tool in use.
A fictional booking record
Avery books a campground directly with its operator. In ViaMore, Avery records the dates and associates the reservation with the intended overnight stay. If an imported suggestion has the wrong departure date, Avery corrects the preview before approval.
Booking and cancellation stay with the provider
ViaMore does not make a booking merely by adding a record. Verify availability, payment, changes and cancellation directly with the provider. Removing a record or cancelling a trip does not cancel the underlying booking. This page does not promise automatic inbox monitoring or email forwarding.
