What does ViaMore do, and who is it for?
ViaMore is an AI-assisted trip planning and coordination application for people organizing camping, road trips and overlanding adventures. It brings itineraries, stays, reservations, activities, tasks and shared decisions together. You can plan alone or invite collaborators.
Does it replace navigation software?
No. Use specialized navigation tools and authoritative sources for directions, road access and current conditions. ViaMore helps organize the plan; it does not establish that a trail is open, a campsite is available or a route is suitable.
Can everyone on a trip edit everything?
No. The creator is the Owner, and invited Planners and Members gain their role's permissions after acceptance. Planners can help manage planning records; Members do not receive all editing rights. Read about roles and invitations.
What AI changes need review?
Plan with AI proposals require review and explicit approval before supported changes are applied. Reservation imports and bucket-list drafts have their own review-and-save workflows. Ordinary edits and some permissioned assistant actions are direct operations; there is no universal extra approval stage for every action.
Does adding a reservation book or cancel anything?
No. It records an arrangement. Book, pay, change and cancel with the provider, then keep your trip records up to date. See the reservation workflow.
Can I connect an AI assistant?
ViaMore has an authenticated assistant connection workflow. Usable actions depend on site configuration, a compatible provider/client registration, account eligibility, consented permissions and trip membership. The connection page shows setup information and limitations. Published instructions do not prove every provider has a working live connection.
Is finding ViaMore in an AI search the same as connecting my account?
No. Search can find public explanations like this page. Account connections require a separate sign-in and consent flow; a search crawler receives no access to private trip data.
